They produce a white wine that impresses with its freshness and complexity on the nose. Citrus and lime aromas are surrounded by floral tones and the perfectly balanced white wine is also multi-layered on the palate with notes of citrus fruit, honey and nougat. Rickety Bridge The Pilgrimage Sémillon has matured for eleven months in oak and will linger in the memory for a long time. Whether enjoyed on its own or with poultry, fish or seafood dishes, this full-bodied white wine is simply a delight. The wine is part of the Icon Range and its name describes the route visitors take to the winery. As the yield from the vineyard is very low, only 1654 bottles of Rickety Bridge The Pilgrimage Sémillon were produced.
