The fruity, floral aromas combine wonderful notes of white peach with citrus fruits and floral tones. The mineral finish completes this full-bodied white wine with its elegant structure. For the first time, concrete eggs were used to age the Kleine Zalze Family Reserve Chenin Blanc alongside French oak and Italian terracotta amphorae. New oak was not used in order to preserve the fine aromas of the Chenin Blanc. This complex white wine is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but is also a wonderful accompaniment to poultry, fish or pasta.
