With great care and pure handicraft, the family business Schwerzmann produces the best “Kischstengeli” made of Swiss chocolate and a liquid cherry liqueur filling. Unlike other “Stengeli”, these are processed without a sugar crust, which enhances the chocolate and cherry liqueur flavour. Each “Stengeli” is then wrapped and packaged by hand.
