More information about Home Dry Gin HEIMAT Gin is a dry gin that is traditionally handcrafted and distilled in our HEIMAT distillery. We use local herbs and fruit from the surrounding meadows.The art of distillation has been firmly anchored in our roots for more than 120 years and is still practiced in the traditional way today.Our aim for HEIMAT Gin is to bring an honest taste from our homeland into the gin bottle. We rely on hand-picked botanicals such as fresh sage, thyme and apples, which are all harvested from regional meadows. A total of 18 different botanicals find their way into the black matte earthenware bottle.
